Information that we might hold about you includes your name, address, email and phone number. Our website also stores cookies which track which pages you have viewed on our website (see our cookie policy).

We do not retain any financial information about you including credit card or bank account details.

Our records about you have been created following an enquiry which may have been generated via the contact form on our website or else you might have contacted GWA in the first instance via phone.

We will retain your personal information unless we receive a request to remove your details from our records; you can request this at any time by contacting us. We will action your request within 30 days of receiving your email.

We will not share your details with any third parties.

If you would like to contact us about information we may hold about you, please contact us via the contact form in the first instance. We have a statutory obligation to provide you with any information we hold about you within one month of receiving your email; this service is free of charge.
